Refund policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged cake, Please carefully photograph all damages & contact us the same day. Products that are faulty or damaged on exchange will be refunded/partially refunded at our discretion. We are not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products or once the finished product is taken out of our care.  Any other complaint not covered by relevant consumer laws, will be subject to our customer service policy with remedies at the discretion of management.

If you're unsure of a product, please contact us prior to ordering and we can discuss. Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you:
• Simply change your mind, or
• Make a wrong decision.
